Delivery Personnel:  Responsible for Prepping merchandise before delivery, loading, and unloading merchandise in and out of trucks and deliver to and from customers’ home.  Duties will also include making calls to customers to discuss their account balances and driving out to collect said balances or to pick up the rental merchandise if a customer opts not to renew their rental agreements.  Must be able to lift one hundred pounds to chest level as well as having the endurance needed to carry furniture up and down several flights of stairs safely.  Being well spoken and able to communicate to customers in a professional manner expected.
