HOW DO YOUR PAYMENTS WORK?

Johnny's Home Furnishings delivers top named brands at pricing and payments that are affordable for everyone, and you can pay either Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly. The choice is yours!

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Johnny's Home Furnishings offers delivery everywhere within the city of Woonsocket and the surrounding areas which is included with Johnny's Service Plus.

 

IS THERE A CREDIT CHECK?

There are no credit checks needed with Johnny's.  Simply complete a customer information application and provide a State License or ID.

DO YOU REMOVE MY OLD FURNITURE

Johnny's Home Furnishings can remove your old furniture for you.  On many occasions, there is no fee but under certain conditions a fee may apply.  Give us a call or see a team member to help with this process.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY MERCHANDISE CEASES TO FUNCTION?

Call us up and we'll take care of it!  Everything that's being rented from us is fully warrantied while its being rented and can have up to an additional twelve (12) months of coverage after the rental agreement has been satisfied and you have taken ownership. See store for complete details.

 

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND DON'T NEED OR WANT MY ITEMS?

There is no obligation for you to continue renting an item that you no longer desire.  Sometimes you simply decide you no longer want the item and sometimes due to financial circumstances, you decide that it would be best to return merchandise until a later time.  Either way, Johnny's has you covered!  Johnny's is the only store in the area that offer's the "Feel Good Return Policy" that allows you to bring back any item and receive 100% Full Credit towards any other item in the store within one month of the return.  If for any reason you don't wish to rent another item within that month, Johnny's will still offer you 50% credit at any future time because Johnny's values its customers and wants you to Feel Good about shopping here.  In addition, if you come back in the future to re-rent the same item you originally returned, you will get 100% back towards that same item and be able to pickup where you left off with the same number of payments you had remaining.
